The First Presbyterian Church of West Chester sponsors two Boy Scouts of America units.
  • Boy Scout Troop 43 is the Boy Scouts of America program for boys ages 11 to 18
  • Venture Crew 543 is the Boy Scouts of America program for young men and young women ages 14 to 20
