We meet on the first, third and fourth Monday of every month in the beautiful sanctuary of The Church of the Loving Shepherd (1066 S. New Street). We warmly welcome you and invite you to join us!
Spiritual Connections is a journey we invite women of First Presbyterian Church to take...a journey of exploration, learning and growth...a journey of self reflection, personal renewal and the re-igniting of our spirit...a journey to discover one's authentic self as a child of God, living in God's grace.
This process provides the opportunity to:

Look inward and examine our priorities, behaviors, attitudes and actions;

Discover our spiritual gifts and assess how they can best be applied to serving the Lord;

Explore new opportunities and avenues to lead a God-centered life;

Face our limitations and challenges with renewed faith and strength from God's loving presence and the community of other women with whom we share this experience.
Spiritual Connections is an experience for all women, of all ages, in all stages of their walk with God. The only requirements are a willingness, openness and readiness to embrace God's presence in our lives...and a commitment to the process and participants of the program. It is our priority to create an inviting environment of trust and openness in which women feel comfortable to ask questions, even questions they have been afraid to ask.
Designed to be interactive and experiential, this process taps research, biblical insight, and personal experiences to open our hearts to the fascinating spiritual journey that is possible across the many stages of a woman's life. This is a journey of self-discovery, a journey to a more intimate connection with God as one deepens and strengthens one's faith.

Spiritual Connections meets at the Church of the Loving Shepherd from 7:00 to 8:45 PM the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Monday of each month, September through May.
Directions - from Rts. 202 and 926, head west on Rt. 926. Take right at first light, heading north onto New St. Go about a mile and on the left, there will be a sign for Church of the Loving Shepherd (Bournelyf) at the end of their driveway.
