Meet Our Teachers
You will find our teachers are not only dedicated to their profession, but are also active members of our church and local community. All are parents themselves, with the majority whose own children attended The Bucket School!
Bucket School Director
Hello, my name is Jen Drap and I am thrilled to be working as director of The Bucket School. I received a degree in elementary education from Grove City College and have taught in both preschools and elementary schools in the area. My husband, Scott, and I, as well as our three sons, are active members of First Presbyterian Church. In my free time I enjoy cooking, walking, reading, volunteering at my boys’ schools, teaching Sunday school, and spending time with family and friends.
Two Year Olds
Hello, my name is Jane Deacon, and I have been active in The Bucket School for the past 10 years, as both a teacher and a substitute. Although my professional career was in public accounting, my second career as a stay-at-home mom sparked in me a passion for working with children. My husband, Roger, and I have lived in West Chester for over 20 years and are the proud parents of 3 daughters ranging in age from 18-23, all of whom are Bucket School graduates! In my free time I enjoy exercising, supporting my daughter’s soccer team, baking, reading, and spending time with family.
Hi, my name is Stephanie Butler. My husband and I live in West Chester and are parents of 6 wonderful children ranging in age from 10-23. Before having children, I graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught for 12 years in Wilmington, De. I have been subbing in local preschools for several years and was an aide for Parents Morning Out. I enjoy reading, hiking, jogging, and spending time with my family. I am so excited to teach at The Bucket School.
